Many people confuse self-compassion with self-indulgence. I see it as an act of self-care. This course will help you learn how to look after yourself , so that you are better equipped to thrive in life, whatever challenges you face.
This effective course, developed by MindfulnessUK has been the subject of much research.
As well as the time spent learning as a group each week, you are encouraged to complete daily home practices of 10-minutes duration on at least 5 days each week. The relatively short course length and practice requirements make this an ideal course for those with busy lives.
