A range of secular courses are offered to adult learners, individually and in groups, online and in-person


'Now You'- Bespoke taster session tailored to your needs.


Wellbeing Workshop - 2-hour session, following a taster, each focused on taking a mindful approach to either sleeping, healthy eating, moving, or relaxing.


Compassionate Mindful Resilience (CMR) - 4 week course, sessions 2 hours long, home practice between sessions (at least 10 minutes daily).

Works well as an introductory stand-alone course or provides an excellent introduction to, or follow on from, longer courses. Explicitly includes compassion from the outset.

Exploring Mindfulness and Compassion, Cultivating Emotional Intelligence, Developing Resilience, Feeling Resourced and Connected.

The Mindfulness Now 8 weeks Wellbeing Programme ​- 8 week course, sessions 1.5 hours long, home practice between sessions (at least 15 minutes daily).

Offers a unique approach to teaching mindfulness-based practices
as it integrates key elements of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).

Themes covered: Waking Up, Awareness of the body, Focus on the body – moving, Choosing how you react, Being with what is difficult, Making Meaning out of Thoughts and Feelings, Accepting Silent Space, The Power of Compassion.
