Taster Session - Typically 1 to 3 hours bespoke introduction to mindfulness in your setting


Wellbeing Workshops - 2 hour sessions each focusing on taking a mindfulness-based approach to either healthy eating, moving, sleeping or relaxing


Introduction to Mindfulness in Education - This is a one hour session aimed at staff in educational settings; outlining the potential benefits to learners and teachers of introducing mindfulness.


.breathe - A 4-lesson curriculum to support young people aged 9 plus and give a taste of mindfulness.
